Jill & Chuck | Bloomington Wedding, Holiday Inn Reception

This Bloomington wedding & Holiday Inn reception was awesome.

Jill & Chuck decided to have their wedding in fall with hopes of getting some pretty fall colors in their wedding portraits. It worked out perfect for them. The fall colors were beautiful for their wedding day!

We started out the day getting her hair done at Brio Cove Salon. Jill and her bridal party all go their hair done together. We later went over to VonMaur where she had her makeup done. They did a great job.

The church they got married in was Calvary Methodist Church. There was plenty of room for the bridal party to get dressed there.  That is always a blessing on a wedding day.

Jill & Chuck did not want to do a first look on their wedding day. They chose to have a more traditional wedding. Seeing her walking down the isle for the first time was sweet. After being together for 10 years he still looks at her with that twinkle in his eye. She looked so stunning in her wedding dress too.

The wedding reception was at Holiday Inn here in Bloomington, IL. I have to say, Holiday Inn here in Bloomington, IL is top notch for wedding receptions. They really go the extra mile to make sure things are running smooth. The food was delicious. I believe it was catered by Baxters.

I try always look for opportunities to do night shots with my wedding couples.  This can be challenging sometimes but totally worth it when it works out that way.  I feel it helps add variety to their wedding album and/or gives them more choices for their wall art.  Metal prints always look awesome too.

This was my last wedding for 2015 and it was certainly a fun group for me. 🙂  I look forward to my 2016 weddings!
