Women Over 40 Magazine Style Photoshoot | Bloomington,IL
The Women Over 40 Magazine Style Photoshoot revolution launched in the beginning of 2021 to photograph 40 women over the age of 40 during the year. These were photoshoots that included professional hair and makeup. What a fantastic journey it has been!
Ladies came in for their photo shoot from Indiana, Chicago, Pennsylvania, Pekin, Morton, Champaign and of course locals right here in the Bloomington Normal area.
These ladies represent nurses, travel agents, photographers, students, realtors, factory workers, pastors, daycare providers, retirement, educators & more. Such a HUGE variety all around.
Some ladies wanted the session so they have images to use for their social media pages such as LinkedIn, some wanted to make sure they got new headshots, some ladies just wanted them as a keepsake for their kids or simply for themselves. 90% of them walked away with an heirloom product of Portfolio Box of matted images with matching digitals or an Album with matching digitals. I know they will treasure those. It is a visual reminder of their beauty & worth. And I hope that every single time they look at the images they remember how they felt that day.
It has been so rewarding for me to photograph these women, to see them look at their images and finally see themselves as others already see them. Beautiful, strong, worthy & more than enough. I have laughed with these ladies, I have even cried with some of these ladies. I have LOVED meeting every single one of them. #blessed
